Originally built in 1876 by the founder of Manitou Springs, Dr. William Bell, today the estate is a "landmark" restaurant that offers food deemed to be original "Rocky Mountain Cuisine." The restaurant is located just outside of Colorado Springs, near Cherry Park. The Tudor Manor is built from local pink sandstone and is modeled in the fashion of an English Country House.
